If you bought more than one item, the same procedure still applies.

We will not honor cancellation requests unless they go through the portal.

You can contact our support and coordinate a return shipment. And we will refund you the funds as soon as we get the confirmation from our warehouse. Please keep in mind, in most cases your orders cannot be cancelled. We urge you to double check before purchasing any item.
